I simply want to draw attention to the fact that there are important... errr, make that critical... rotary mechanical nuances that less professional and/or diligent tuners discount or simply are thoughtless about. Shamefully, they all too often do it at their customers' risk. Worst of all, unlike for the first decade that these cars were one the road, the broad dissemination (forums, youtube, webinars, et, et.) of rotary tuning's secret sauce has made it not so secret anymore. The HPA video I posted is but one of perhaps a dozen I've personally watched that pulls back the curtain on rotary tuning's nuances.

Clear as mud?

Hey Man, you are 100% correct. I single handedly built and tuned my FD from a stock to where it is today, reliably running daily north of 525rwhp. This was done with the help of information obtained on this forum from people like yourself, the OP, and other contributors to this thread, who were not too selfish to share good knowledge in order to prove that rotary engine can be made reliable at High HP, and is not as worthless as some think. Videos such as the one you posted have been very helpful to myself and others. Please feel free to post any more credible rotary tuning videos or articles you may have.

@jetlube I was just rewatching the HPA 043 | Rotary Ignition Tuning - Link G4+/ViPEC (hpacademy.com) webinar and thought about your comment. The unfortunate part is that I believe it's behind the paywall. However, I offer that the information would pay a handsome dividend relative to the small investment for access.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into it.
