If he switches to any 42R, he'll crack 700whp.

Cars now at PFS to get the tune. Turns out I had a bad leading coil that was causing the boost spike, so we'll see sometime this week with numbers

what? what?
1st of all with 1 thousand miles on the motor there is very VERY little that needs to be replaced. Almost everything should be within spec to be reused. The
only thing that I would recommed replacing are the part/ seal that failed..plus new springs and a gasketset
It could be a sideseal/cornerseal/apex seal that got stuck.. I doubt it could be a collapsed spring....

1) gasket set----use a FC N/A gasket set $150
2)buy all new springs (side seal, corner seal, apex seal springs
3)if it is a stuck seal then , you can file the rotor back to within spec
if its dented, replace rotor
4) Don't know what apex seal you used but some apes seal tend to break the tips off while other crack in the middle but magically stay in the groove.. replace apex seal
5)close motor and go= wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy less then 12K

Yeah, but i'm going a diff route...it's a complete bridgeported race everything motor. Onlt thing changing in my motor is ray putting race seals in it instead of 2mm. I'm goin custom 4inch exhaust, custom either 42R, or 45R, gonna need to run 6 injectors shooting for 800+ new ECU, built tranny and a few other things.

Your new build sounds a lot like the one being finished up by someone I know pretty well !!

lol, wasn't jocking anybodys goals. happen to have some what the same goal I guess. this was my plan a while back, but wanted to get used to 600 first, I didn't even have that chance just jumping straight from 500 to 850 depending on what turbo I choose,

Well maybe I was , because my build started after Ernie's and turned out very similar to his ! I did a couple things differently though, but it's still a "built " 13B with a "BIG" turbo (GT45R!) that I am expecting some NICE numbers from.

haha I know right. I just looked at is as if "Damn I had to go back in the motor sooner or later again to make it stronger, better now than later to handle my new goals."

New ones being built now, waiting on the seals to arrive at PFS and turbo. Should be done in a month at the most. Cant wait to see these new high numbers myself.

Well, change of plans, I ran into a bad car situation. I sold both of my cars, now only car I have now is the FD until I buy a new car, so i'm not going with the eshaft, so I should have car back in 3 weeks max. Still should be hitting somewhere in 700's.
