Is there any way you can post a dyno sheet with a TQ reading?

Lee do you have the dyno sheet showing the torque curve? I just wanted to overlay with mine to compare how each turbo ramps. Thanks

Since no one else has asked.... what apex seals are you using?? Mazda 2mm?

Awesome numbers by the way, it goes to show how much the tune can make it or break it.

Lee, when you called me, It was 6am in Vegas and my wife almost killed me.
I am so happy for you- you've held firm to the stock port/ high compression way-
and it's paying off. I know I've learned alot from you and am just excited.

No, he was'nt spraying

and protech has a problem getting torque # on the rotary-

hey ernie if I could I would, we could only record speed/power. I will say that the real tune was done on the street, and runnin 35 psi was sick. didn't start breaking the tires loose until 30 psi, I also WANT to know what the torque is ???
I asked alot of well known dyno gurus guys about my #'s and they said power is power the torque is calculated w/ speed/power/rpm but dammm I want to know !!!!!!!! I wanted to get video of me playing on the street, but thats against the law lol...............

maybe when the nos tune comes i will get a before and after

a special thanks to hass @ PROTECH PERFORMANCE

ari @ ROTARY PERFORMANCE

brian "japan2la" for a great deal on the 13bre engine
AWESOME!

+1 for the Protech team

I was up there on Friday and Hass stopped what he was doing (with HIN the next day) to help me fix my boost gauge. also, he just told me how to fix a couple things (PS leak, etc.) instead of being greedy and having me leave the car. Great guy and great shop!

Dude I want to see your car in person, lol.

I have an RP built motor at 305whp on twins, but may have protech help with the single conversion, fuel, etc. etc.

rotary performance 3 mm (arinator) I wonder if they can hold 40 psi ??????

I think they can !!!!!!

my egt's were 8.5 c in both runners , that was a lil task. but thanks to the haltech e11 it can be done w/ out changing intake flow !!!!!

With enough data points, a graphing program should be able to provide the torque curve. Just need to know rpm and hp. Build your HP curve data points in the program, then plug in the torque formula, voila.

Your sheet shows mph not rpm, which is another thing we'd need to convert.

Wow I know the intake ports on the 13Bre are pretty large but this power on stock ports is incrediable, j ust shows you if the turbo,Exhaust,Intake, cooler have no restrictions you can make the power .
Congrats
Just to confirm was this all done on plain vanilla C16?

This explains a little as to why you made alot of HP. I have some buddies who have tested this in their late models............. they swear by the hp increase.

Thanks for sharing, I'm sure most here appreciate the fact you are answering all the questions and sharing what you did to make the HP. Now get that badboy down the track! Goal is 9.26!

so everyone wasted their money getting their engines ported when all we needed to do was turn up the boost and run racing fuel?

no cause everybody builds a diffrent setup
unless you copy every thing down to the bolt and have him tune it you will not get the same result....

It does not take 700 HP to run nines

Time Machine ran 8.8 in the 1/4 mile with 584 RWHP full bodied untubed FC
Sporty 's FULL weight street FD ran 9.7 1/4 mile with 600 RWHP

no not really for us street driven guys we need the porting spool up large turbos quickly when running normal boost levels at 14psi on pump fuel on the road, so with porting we can get more volume of air hence more power out of the engine at 14psi then say without porting and drive it everyday without the cost of race fuel.

What Tearbo2 goals are is a drag car that runs high boost on race fuel reliably and proving you dont necessarly need porting to get big power, if he run that motor at 14psi on pump fuel he would probably have less numbers or less sppol up then the ported guys but then again he is not driving it on the street daily and does not care about spool up as he is in the 6k to 9k zone anyways on the strip, but I maybe wrong

But its just an awesome build with the result to back it up well done Tearbo2

Yes, a TO4
Isn't it a Precision Turbo PT-76? Then I believe it has a 102mm compressor exducer and a 81mm turbine inducer. A large (for me) turbo.

Very solid performer. Great job!
