My Custom turbo exhaust manifold

Just got my custom 13bt exhaust manifold built and ceramic coated! I wanted shorter waste gate runners for better spool and response, plus due to my H-mount intercooler my radiator sits angled back and all the aftermarket manifolds i found placed the turbo too close to the front of the car making no room for a filter on the intake of the turbo.

New custom manifold places the turbo sunken down in the engine bay and dead center of the exhaust ports. Its a steel manifold fully divided t4 flange with v band for 50mm waste gate. Cant wait to get my car running and test this baby out!

Local shop (Fourtynine industries) built my manifold, down pipe with V band and he is now in the process of building me a clean custom lower intake manifold since i dont need any of the coolant passages, oil injector bungs, emissions crap on the stock one.

My turbo is a garret t04e ptrim,.96 hotside oil cooled only.

Nice looking manifold you have there. Who did you use for the ceramic coating?

Fourtynine industries did the coating on my manifold, turbo hot side , and soon my down pipe will have the same coating. I just talked to him today and the down pipe will be ready monday and i will post pics....

Do you think it would make a big difference to have the lim,and uim ceramic coated? I was going to just spend all day sanding down the cast on my uim and polish it for the bling factor.

You went through the trouble and expense for a custom divided manifold, yet your running a non-divided turbine housing? You'd be better off using a.84 divided turbine housing to take advantage of that manifold you just paid to have built.

I had the manifold built divided so i can always upgrade to a divided turbine housing in the near feature.
