Max boost and power from a stock engine

I know this may have been done to death but I need to know what are the possibilities of pushing more power out of a stock 87 TurboII with out major mods. (Ie, new turbo, intercooler, maybe injectors etc.)

Situation:
Car has 117k
Still runs strong (Dynoed at 157whp)
Have HKS FCON
Still running stock Injectors,
Want 200 at wheel hp
Max boost from stock turbo and intercooler setup

We figure in installing some instumentation such as a more acturate boost guage and a airfuel meter to tell us how this will work. The FCON was the real key to this mess but your opinions if 200 at wheel is possible with these conditions or with minor mods?

I have a 3rd gen not a second, but a few friends have 2nd gen turbo II's I think with a downpipe, midpipe, and a good cat back exhuast. along with around 9psi of boost should get you what your looking for.
Maybe some of the turbo II people can better explain this than me.

I forgot to mention that the exhaust was the first thing to go in the car. It was completly rusted through because of the heat shielding. We did not use a aftermarket but had a good muffler shop replace everything from cat down and kept it a twin pipe configuration. Because of that we hit the boost cut. Because we were hitting the boost limit so a fuel defenser is in there right now.

200? WOW you are shooting low aren't you. A GRreddy upgrade kit will put you back $2500 but it also offers 400 total horse power.

Downpipe and midpipe will help gain power as well plus gain PSI.. so get a downpipe midpipe, and short ram with K&N filter. maby a cheaper FMIC... new plug wires maby.

$2500 but it also offers 400 total horse power.
yea but then you would have to upgrade all fuel manegment even more. and ecu's and shiz.. you would be looking more then 2500 to get 400hp.

Full 3" exhaust and intake, ported WG, FCD, 720cc secondary injectors, Walbro 255 fuel-pump and a basic piggy-back to control the fuel will get you around 220whp+ and will put you into the 13's at around 10psi.

So yeah, there's plenty of room for improvement using the stock turbo and IC. I ran a 13.6 at 106mph using the stock turbo and IC. That's with a 2.4 60' time as well.
