I have experince with Turbo cal. they are located close to SS Autochrome and their waste gates are SSautchrome ,Stone mountain HKS knock off crap.I bought one and didnt know untill the ******* box come drop shipped from SSAutoshit ...whom I had the shitty BS OBX 1st two years ogo (EBAY) and then they tried comming back as a another company or AKA HOTRODHEADER exchanging that OBX for the hotrod header which ****** flanges were warped and **** had to be machined any way. BS (same people and shitty headers).
Go to the shops who are here. They aint seeling loads of chinese crap over EBAY.

The Chinese items are only made by a couple of Chinese manufacturers who sell their products to worldwide distributors that simply add their own box or sticker to the item. For example, a lot the manifolds are made by Ningbo Jugong Piping Co, and most of the wastegates are from Shanghai Waystar. Chinese-made items are not necessarily bad, and many of the top Japanese brands are actually made in China. The problem is that you pretty much get what you pay for, and there is no free lunch.
