I have a 1990 TII with the 13b-t ..... I am going for a T-66 turbo and I am looking for an exhaust manifold with thick inconel flange (T4) and 348ss (or other) pipes that can bolt a 44/46 mm wastegate. The problem is that I can't find any.

Does anybody knows were I can get this kind of exhaust manifold ?

If you want Inconel, you are really going to pay for it. I'll just give you a hint at what it costs, if you were to buy 1- 2" u-bend pipe which on it's own isn't nearly enough to buld a manifold, that one piece of pipe is about $220. Custom flanges would be extremely expensive. It is also very hard to cut and work with and definitely not for the amateur welder. You don't need Inconel. 321ss is good stuff but it isn't cheap either. It is however cheaper than Inconel and easier to find. There are a few companies out there that sell stainless manifolds but depending on which grade stainless they are, you may need to build one yourself or have one built.

Just like rotarygod has already stated you don't need to make it out of inconel, stainless is fine. And if you still want it to hold up to the heat of a rotary get it coated with jethot-2000 degree coating from http://www.jet-hot.com/pages/headercoatings.html will still be cheaper than then inconel.

the price of it is not a problem .... I know I can pay around 800$ for a good one, but I don't care to pay for good things... And I want a inconel one because the car is going to be a track car (road racing, lapping, ...) and I don't want to change the manifold every year ......

There are reasons that only race teams with million dollar budgets use inconel...

You can make 500rwhp through an HKS cast manifold with excellent spool, and it will last ten years on the track. Why not that option? If you really want the slightly faster spool of a divided tubular long runner manifold, they cost around 600-1000.00, and will last you three to five engines at least . Carl

But if the price is right and this guy doesn't seem to care about the cost it might be well worth your time. But I know how you feel sometimes the money doesn't out weigh the headaches.

We can and have done inconel manifolds they are very expensive. You really have no need for it though. It's not really too hard to work with just expensive material costs.
