Same fuel pressure. Running 920cc primaries and 1680 secondaries. (Primary inj. are from a Supra.....thats why they sound odd sized)

Damn Ernie, Excellent #’s
BTW thanks for finding the Upper limit of my clutch setup, I was wondering how much it could hold

I didn't get out of there till midnight so I didn't grab any dyno sheets. I'll get Ray to email them to me on Monday.

Ernie, if you get a chance, run a dyno at a pump gas boost level like 15 or so. I'd like to see how that turbo does down low as well as up around 25

Thumbs up

Looks like we will be seeing some noise on Sunday. Can't wait to see you run the car man. Midnight tuning? Does that mean Ray gets to charge you time and a half

Wargasm, he is running the larger 102mm 42R, it is about 4% less efficient at lower boost levels, than the smaller 94mm. However he implied he was going for over 30lbs and would eventually be running a custom intake manifold. The larger wheel has a broader map which will allow help him when he is ready for more airflow. I would say for most every street app. the smaller 94mm wheel is all you will need.

Speaking of that, PM me your e-mail addy again ErnieT. I should have some solid models of my intake manifold on Monday. I was able to squeeze in ~22" runners with a 1 degree taper on all sides, a plenum, and 4 oval ITB's I machined to match the runners!

Hey Ernie, nice numbers. What were your AFR'S? IIRC mine were around 11.7 when mine was tuned on C16.

Was good to see everyone out there today. Rob went a 10.6 @ 126mph! He's got his **** togeather! Bad news is he didn't have a passenger seat so they DQ'ed him, but didn't dq me for not having a cage! Go figure. I supposed they felt sorry for me and my horrible driving skills! I had LOTS of cobwebs on my driving. First of all I spun my *** off all day and never got better than a 1.59 60' which sucks for me. My first run I short shifted 2nd gear and the car fell on its face, then I missed 4th gear! Ran a 11.1@125.
2nd run was worse! I stalled in the burnout box because they didn't spray any water down, then bogged off the line, then at the top of 3rd gear I tried speed shifting and went into reverse!!!! Not good, but got very luck and didnt damage anything.
I qualified 15th in the "quick 16" and was paired up with a 9sec. mustang.
So on to my 3rd and final run. Did a huge "Ernie T" burnout....lol...., tree'ed the mustang, but still spun my *** off with a 1.59 60' and short shifted 2nd gear again, but hit all the other gears ok. Ended up with a 10.77 @133mph, which is my best et by ..01 and best mph by 5mph. It would have probably hit 138-140mph had I not fell out of boost totally in 2nd gear. So I'd say it has a 10.40 in it, maybe better....time will tell. I have to get my suspension dialed in more, get my trailing arms and toe links on and get some new slicks and skinnies up front. Then she'll hook!
Huge props to Ray for getting my car done in time. We were at his shop till 12am Friday night on the dyno. He did a fantastic job with everything! Anyone needing anything done from mild to wild, go to PFS.

Nice job on everything! It's been fun watching this thread!! Sounds like you're looking for ways to eek out a couple tenths of a second in the 1/4, so I wonder if you've considered a variable boost controller like the AVC-R. What's your minimum boost level? I think the AVC-R is a great device to limit boost in 1st and 2nd for launching without loosing traction.

No, he just needs good track conditions and tires.
