I'm geting a Little confused?

I'm geting a Little confused?
Ok if you wanted to Run 700bhp and wanted good Exhaust flow which of the following would you be looking at?
T51 Kia
T51 SPL
T66
T72
GT40
GT42
?
To my knolage they can all do the Job but i am puzzled which one would be the Best for the Job?
The engine will be P/P so it has to have a large AR for good exhaust flow.
All these Turbo's are in my Buget its not a matter of what i can afford, its more along the lines of which will give me best on the road manners (responce) whilst producing the HP i want.
