I have more pics and can take one of the WG on the car if you need it (that post links to my homepage). Just FYI, I'm maxing out right now at about 10 psi with the WG as it comes. Looking into a new spring and making adjustments, but I haven't been able to boost above that yet (I think it's a 10 psi spring).

Does anyone recoginize this wastegate? I want to get a spring that is set at 7-9PSI, the spring on this wastegate seems to be set at 25PSI, I ran the wastegate without a BC and it goes up to 25PSI, it sucks! cause I want to take my car to the track and see what it does. thanks!

the wastegate is probably stuck shut then. Teh apex'i wastegates are known to have that kind of problem

 

Actually I boosted 40PSI, 35PSI, 25PSI and I end up blowing my Knock sensor after about 4-7 passes, the car is a 1993 mr2 turbo (stock internals).

1FooknTiteFD I though about that as well, but I tried to keep the car at 15PSI with the gas pedal, and when I let the gas go I can hear the dump tube letting the gasses go. any more ideas? thanks! for the help guys.
