Hmmm, you sure that wasnt on his 20B car? He has (or at least had) a 20b car, that definatly sounds like 20b numbers.

I'd say a garrett GT42R. Its about the size of a t-70, but should spool a little quicker, but you'll have to pay the extra money for it

the GT42 (R- dual ball spec) is about the size of a T-81 (lil smaller)
my gt42 is huge!!!! Its a lil bigger then a T76

i cant see how how the dual ball version would be about the size of a t70

someone post pics and is this the same person shooting for 500hp now JUMPING to 700hp?? Port the hell out of that engine and you might have a shot!!!

Are you sure? What is the inducer size on that compressor wheel? I dont have the GT42R specs in front of me but I know the GT42 is smaller than a T76. Dont forget the GT series is measured at the exducer and the T series is measured at the inducer. I think it was basically a marketing ploy to help sales with the bigger is better crowd.

lets look at maps and avoid the messurements because its flow that we need to talk about

t70

gt42

t76 the real one ,not the greddy one... (greddy's comes closer to a t66 from what i hear)

oh and sorry.. your looking for 600hp not 500 (it was the info i had about the t66 maxing at 550ish that made me think 500 was your goal)

more info on the turbos
the T72 spooled at 3400 w/ a ported 20b (13psi) and made 630rwhp
you'll need almost double the boost 26psi to match it (with a 13b and t72)

the gt42 w/ 53 trim made 405rwhp and 308ft/lbs @ 8psi stock well tuned
expect to need 16psi ... atleast. expect to spool later ofcourse due to the flow difference of the 13b.
