Question T 66.6

What the HELL is it , a friend went "down under " and was told that that is "THE " turbo for high h.p. (550-600) rotaries , is it supposed to be somewhere between a T66 and a T70 ? , I dont know , can any of you Australian members (or any one else for that matter )shed some light?.

I don't know what "the" turbo means... but a T66 is a very good street turbo. That's why so many guys are running T78s (they are very close to a T66).

Max power comes from big turbos... the bigger the turbo the more power you'll make... lag is the downside.

I Know I think I have either a T66 or T 70 , I was just wandering about the size because a friend put on the T66.6 an said that it was awesome with his street port so I am wondering how he would compare to me , I also am running a half bridge ( when I get the ****** started that is ! ) .

Marcel ........ where did your friend say he got this turbo from and is it a Turbonetics or a Garret as we have some custom / hybrid turbos down here called T66's but it's a Garret front wheel and not a Turbonetics one ........ could be what he's talking about ??? T66.6 as in 66.6mm ie size of the front wheel !!!!
