I have a situation about a gasket.

ok heres the problem...i have a Australian turbo kit that is probably like 4 years old but it is a really good kit. It has a PSR 45mm wastegate. What can i make a gasket out of, Aluminum?

I use header paper gasket on mine.

I tried that for turbo -> downpipe and it melted off.

Have a vband welded on. Makes your life 100 times easier.

You can use copper, stainless, or graphite. There are a few places online that sell hightemp gasket material. If it is a low pressure area ie after the turbine or wastegate high temp sealant will work.
