single turbo upgrade on fd?
I guy i know is willing to sell me a '60-1' turbo, very very cheap.
now i know thats vague, ill get more specs when he pm's me back, but if i were to go that route, would i gain any more power or would the stock twins be the same?
im down with upgrading when i get my new ems, it just seems like it would be much more efficient if you ask me
would it hurt autox at all (im non sequential anyways)

Stock twins are good for usually a max of 350hp, but I've seen them pushed to 400hp which is just stupid IMO.
The 60-1 will easily get your 450hp, and its a good turbo with decent spool time.
You could probably push it CLOSE to 500hp around 23-25psi. But if you're doing track and autox, you can probably leave it around 12psi and be good for 370hp or so.

There is a WHOLE lot more to a single turbo 'setup' than just the turbo. I would make sure you are ready to go all the way before you even spent $100. Of course, at that price, you could probably buy and resell the turbo at a profit if you changed your mind. In the whole scheme of the single turbo, the turbo itself is the simplest part.
