Holset Hx40?

Hello everyone! I've recently purchased a nice 1989 FC turbo 2, and after turbocharging piston engines, the flow requirements for rotaries seems so alien to me! I've been doing a lot of research on Holset turbo's, as I've used them and been impressed before. I've figured the Hx40 should be a good turbo to see my goal of 450bhp on my street port engine (correct me if i'm wrong here or if you could suggest another relatively cheap turbo for my goals).. but I've not been able to get any exact answers on what turbine housing to go with for that power.

I have the choice of 16cm2 (some say this is too small), 18cm2 and 22cm2 that I know of and some in between. Now saying one is too small or too large is obviously relative to what power you want to be running, which is where a lot of people fail to mention when giving advice. So, who here has ran a hx40 or similar at this sort of power, and what turbine housing did you run? Spool rpm and dyno graphs would be awesome!

Thanks!
