Help with my setup!!

I'm almost finished with my single turbo upgrade, but I'm concerned about hurting the motor. In summary my setup includes:
550 primaries
1600 secondaries
Precision PT76
FMIC
Street Port by Petit Racing
Power FC
No cats
MSD

I have started the car with the Petit ECU but havenit driven it yet. I will have to use the Power FC but I wanted to make sure it wikk idle with no problems. Here are my concerns:

1. I can only get 89 octane pump gas on the island, What AFR should I aim for street driving. I'm think 10;, for over 8psi. What shouldbe my max boost. My present wastegate has a 10lbs spring.

2. With C16, wha do you think the max bost I can run? The turbo made 780hp at 22psi on a fully built mustang last month.

3. All IC pipingis 3-inch, howeveer, the intercooler inlets are 2.5-inch. Do you think this will hurt performance?

4. Does anyone know where I can get a good map to start with on the PFC?

5. What is the knock threshold I should use on the PFC, and how much timing should I retard? I have heard 60 knock and retatd 20deg. I never got 60 knock on my FC3S but we still hurt the motor last month.

6. What do you think is a realistic hp goal?

7. OUr race track is a 1/8th track, can I run 7.0 with this setup?

I will post pictures soon. Any help would be nice before I actually drive the car.

You would probably get a better response here.

You should also consider some form of auxiliary (water/alcohol) injection with that large turbo and low octane fuel.

If you set in the 1680cc secondaries in the dataloggit and have resistors inline you should be fine. You wont blow the motor if you don't boost it. Get to a tuner and have it sorted out. IMO I wouldn't boost it at all until its tuned. A realistic goal for that turbo would be 600's surely. It's comparable to a gt42...

Thanks..but there are no tuners on the island, but I have a dyno. I have tried to invite Crispeed down but no response. When I get on the dyno I plan to do the following:

1. Use the Base Timing that comes with the power fc
2. Set the AFR to 13.5 on vacuum, 12.5 for 0 to 6psi, 11.5 for 6psi to 10psi and 10.5 for 10 psi to 18psi.

Can you give me some tips to make sure it does not blow. I have heard of people that have rich AFR's and still blow on the dyno. Any help would be great...

Larger primary injectors would help keep duty cycles in check for more HP. 850 primaries or even larger. G

I was going to but a couple of people said to leave the 550 primaries because I did not intend to achieve more than 500hp.
