T04S is the best street use turbo in my opinion. Oh yeah and you do need to chill on the CAPS.

what do you plan on doing with the car? drag racing, street racing, autoX... T88 and T78 are some really big turbos, lots of boost, but lots of lag with them. id go w/ BNR stage3 imo. but it depends on what you want the car for.

You can't just ask which one! Only you know how much power you want or for what use you want it.

Anyway both are laggy turbos. Good for drag use but i would go with something smaller for stree use. Like a GT35/40, or a T66, or a T04S, there are lots of good turbos out there. You have to make lots of search, see some others setups and figure out by yourself which one will fulfill your needs.

I don't know about the T04E you drove but any single with 400rwhp will put you in your seat and will kick you hard in the stomach
