Has anybody turbocharged a 6 port w/out converting to 4 port?

I'm a bit 2nd gen retarded....my bud has a 1991 vert he wants to turbocharge and is looking for second opinions as to the feasibility of keeping all 6 ports open.

you can do something like this that my tII manifold already grind to fit a 6port engine

Why not? Rotary Performance has built a few 3rd gens using 9.7:1 compression rotors putting out over 400 hp. I wouldn't think it would be appropriate much above that level but as long as you can tune it well there shouldn't be a problem. I would worry however if someone were still trying to use a rigged stock computer system.
