Buy a kit and make your life easier. Try A-spec.

600hp is going to need about 30psi with a race ported engine. Big fuel pump or 2, with at least 850 primary 1600 secondary. I would do a large wastegate(50mm) and 2 blowoff valve as well(greddy type R's). You want 600rwp or 600 flywheel? If you did alky/water injection and ran 24psi you should hitlow to mid 500rwp range

You'll make 520rwhp @ 20 psi
670ish at 32psi
711 at 35-36psi

Street Port is all thats needed. You will need a healthy fuel system. ASpec has the kit I bought. Magnus Motorsports also sells the kit with dual wastegates which is nicer if your going to run lower boost like 15psi. For my purposes the Aspec kit does a great job. Oh, get the T6 manifold, not the T4.

the A-spec kit looks good, does the pricing depend on what parts you choose for different elements of the kit??

On this street port, do you stick with upgraded 2mm seals or go with the 3mm seals??

I would stay away from ceramic. If and when your motor does go, the ceramic apex seals destroy EVERYTHING, housings, turbo, you name it.

Has anyone gone with the gotham gt42r kit yet? That is the kit that im going to use. Is it better to use dual waste gates or just one large one?

If going with ceramics go with the grays not the blacks... Ernie how much lag does that have? Obviously its quite laggy but what is your threshold?
