okay so im looking at a cartech draw through turbo kit, does anyone have a more technical link with what is required for installation i.e. oil return, linkages, etc. ? ive looked thru the posts but no real solid answers to my questions. i just want to see the install. and maybe hear some experiences with a draw hrough turbo setup.

If you are gonna do drawthrough, do a holley. Muh easier, and you wont run the floats dry.

 

draw thru suuuuuuuuuux! if you want to boost a carb setup do it right! go blow-thru




draw thru pulls fuel thru the turbo and thus you can not intercool this setup. you will be limited to low *** boost and not much power. i will say this, it's easy to slam together and get going but it won't be all that great. you will probably get 160rwhp.

 

160rwhp on a boosted car? man that is a shitty setup. thats queer as a football BAT

 

lol! a Draw-thru stock port turbo 12a setup will probably seriously only pull 160rwhp or so it's saaad

but a blow-thru using even the STOCK nikki carb will yield around 200rwhp using a stock TII turbocharger.
