Gt4202r help and info engine build

Am purchasing a rebuilt GT4202r from this guy and wanna know what price they usually sell for used. The reason I am buying it is because i want to get another 13b built for street use and track with some good power. I want to know what power can i make with this turbo easy. What numbers can I expect with what mods and a street port. i need to have reasonable mpg also. And also is the lag bad on this turbo? Please all the help is appreciated and yes i look on other threads about it this turbo but didn't have much info on this one. Thanks all the help i can get. These are all the specs the guy sent me. please tell me what they go for used and if this is a good turbo and what helps to get it to spool up faster.

Thats a GT42, not a GT42R. Reasonable price would be $1100 ish, they are $1300 new in journal bearing form. Can make 700+rwhp, and generally doesn't hit 1 bar of boost til 4500+rpms.

are you buying it local? You can tell if it's ball bearing just by spinning the wheel. if you spin it and it stops almost immediately, it's not ball bearing

4202 is a 74.5/102mm compressor wheel, the 4294 is a 70.5/94mm compressor wheel.
