Bigger turbine wheel, T4, and cheaper for those who dont want to pay for the BB centre section. The biggest requests I get are for non BB version of the 35R since garrett don't make any I bought up a bunch of wheels and can make them.

My understanding is no, no truth to that. More like people all talking about their personal experience. Ie urban legend. BB cartridges offer better control of shaft movement. They also eliminate the need for a thrust bearing with there design.

Yes, that is the long runner manifold. The pics I've seen of the short runner manifold put the turbo lower and farther back so as to not interfere with the airpump.

I'm not really sure what you're asking about. Based on what I've seen, you should be able to make around 400 rwhp at 15 psi on a ported motor with all the supporting mods, and have full boost somewhere before 4000 rpms. That's my educated guess based on the fact that this is a plain bearing 35R with a larger turbine wheel.

Not exactly sure what your asking for but I would expect to see mid 400's with moderate boost. And pretty good response if you choose the .84 turbine. The kits come with all lines fittings and hardware and run Tial 44mm gates. Hope that helps somewhat.

Woot, Blitz FMIC and Exedy Hyper Single should be here tomorrow . Maybe this coming weekend I can get the engine back in the car and take some pics of the turbo location and such.

As for ordering the kit, everything came from Sean. He's been a great guy to deal with. I would highly recommend Aspec to anyone.

I'm actually hoping to get the engine back in this weekend so I can take some pics then assuming that happens.

Ok,

I know quite a few of these kits are out there now. I've yet to hear or read about anyone else's results (other than my own). So guys, what kind of power did everyone come up with?

My car is going back on the dyno end of April with a newly upgraded KGparts fuel system. 2 new rails, FPR, 720cc prim. 1680cc secondar. Boost will be allowed to hit 18 lbs. this time and all still on 93 pump gas. 437rwhp 340 torque @ 16 lbs last time, hoping to settle in this time around 460rwhp 350 torque.

Come on guys, what has your kit done for you?

mine has made a pretty signature
in all seriousness, I'm still a few months out from firing up my car.

JDM tranny is still apart
A/C condensor is still broken
Motor is still at Malloy

I have a few minor exhaust tweaks to do...once I get my tranny back together, I'm dropping everything in for final mock up.

Then finish exhaust, and order a reman, figure out what my options are as far as a 1995 AC condensor...and start putting things back together.

Good Luck with your dyno! I'm excited!!

When I finish school in a couple months and get settled in with my new life, I'll be looking forward to installing this turbo on my car. I can't wait to see some more results from people.

Same here, still a few months out. I can't believe how long this is taking . If only I could quit working and just be a mechanic for my own car...

Actually, I have most of the kit installed, but my digicam decided to break. I'll see if I can borrow one from a friend and take some pics of my progress.

Why laughing, who is laughing? Am I laughing? Are you laughing?

Let's face it you'll never get an FD and if you do it won't be in the shape to get a single turbo
