got my T78 tuned at RX7store

I went to RX7store yesterday to get my newly aquired T78 kit tuned. Best we got out of it was 439rwhp at 16psi and pump gas. I'll be going back another date for more boost and more octane. The tune is very rich, but very safe.

Just thought I'd give Jason and Zavier a huge thumbs up for the great work they did on my car. It was brought to them in kind of a mess and they got it all lined out. They definately know what they're doing. Thanks again guys

What are your mods/motor?

They did all the work on my car. Ditto to that!

I took a ride in the car tonight. People who say the T-78 is too laggy are crazy. His setup hits hard and pulls like mad.

i've got an atkins extreme street port with 3mm seals, oil mods, and coolant passages opened a little. other mods include rx7store fuel system, power fc, apexi cat-back, and hks twin power. the air fuel from what i seen from the wideband is 11-11.5 down low and starts getting right at 10 up top, so it's plenty safe. the timing map is the same as what jason runs in his car. all i gotta say is it's a total blast driving and i'm definately surprised at the resonsiveness of the turbo. i've been in some laggy turbo cars, and this thing comes in like a beast. definate thumbs up!

it hits full boost around 4600-4700rpm. i had my twins non-seq and it kinda comes in like those, but instead of coming on gradually, but all kinda hits at once

Nice numbers Spoolin! I'm really glad to see someone get their car tuned and be happy about it. I'm really not surprised though, I've heard nothing but good things about Jason and Zavier. Congrats again and drive safe bro.

full boost for him is 16psi as he posted in the first post.

I rode in the car last night and it was dirty to say the least. The T78 wasn't half as laggy as I had expected and it pulls like a freight train. I'm completely in love with the set-up. All around fun and definatly blazingly fast!

Eric and I will both be at the revolution in indy so if anyone wants you'll be able to check it out there. I'll be there for moral support hopin eric hits mid 11s on drag radials

i don't see it being a problem at all as long as they don't kick me off the track.
