garrett BB 60-1, oil restrictor?

Looking at purchasing a garret 60-1 ball bearing chra and transplanting my old housings from my journal bearing 60-1. Doing a little reading online bb turbos dont need as much oil pressure or it can be harmful to the seals. So does anyone know of the restrictor size needed on a stock oil system 13b-t on a bb 60-1?

side question is there any reason why i can't swap none garrett housings on a garrett chra?

lots of looks no answers. hell not even sure this si the best place to put it?

anyways did some research and garrett reccommends 40-45psi. Well i am pretty sure a stock oiling system on a 13bt puts out 80psi or so in the upper rpms. So how the hell do i calculate this to figure out the size restrictor i need?

.065 -4an is a good place to start, work your way down from there if a problem persists, just make sure you have a well vented crankcase and a free flowing return line..
