Garret GTBB3037 Turbos

I just found 7 Garret GTBB 3037s. These are the real deal dual ball bearing, extremely efficient turbos. The are the same spec as the HKS 3037. Garret sells the turbos for $2500 and HKS sells it for $2900

I can get these for $1800 ea.

These turbos are good to 500-550hp.. eMail me at cheezefrog@aol.com if interested. Be sure to put "TURBO" in the subject line. Thanks!

Sorry to rain on your parade, but Ray Hall sells them for significantly less...

$2690AUS is about twice as much as the U.S. dollar, so you're looking at about $1,300US equivalent.&nbsp Shipping is NOT going to cost $500!

Ted,

How do the compressor maps compare to the GT3540 or T04S?

Have no idea...
I've never seen GT-series compressor maps, and Garrett is a bitch about giving out that kinda information!

Just by looking at the compressor specs, they should flow very similarly.&nbsp Keep in mind that sheer inducer and exducer measurements do not tell the whole truth about potential.&nbsp There is wheel height and fin curvature that also add to the equation - these two variables could make a difference of up to 30% in flow!&nbsp Now, if it wasn't obvious, the BB center makes the GT-series turbo at a big advantage.&nbsp The GT-series is also cutting edge technology, so the fin design should be a lot more efficient, and if I were to hazard a guess, the GT3540 should easily flow 20% more air than a "normal" T04S04.

GT3037/3037S/3040/3240/3540 use HKS T04S/T04R compressors mated to a BB center section and dedicated HKS ex housing. The T04S is similar to 60-1 and T04R is similar to 62-1. Hope that helps.

I ran the GT3037S on my Lancer and loved it.

but from my 7

I was thinking of ditching my T04E for 2 3037s and runing 1 per rotor.
