Exhaust housing bolt?

Well i took my exhaust side of my turbo off and one of the bolts broke off. I drilled a little hole in the center and took a easy out to it and the damn easy out broke off flush with the broken bolt. So now i tried drilling the easy out and its so hard that my titanium drill bit isnt even denting it. So now what should i do? You think it would be alright with just five of them on or would it leak? What kind of drill bit will take that hardened metal out? Thanks.

when one of my exhaust studs were broken, I used 3, it leaked really bad though. But at the time I was just happy the car could move under its own power.

You only used three of the six that hold the exhaust side of the turbo on?
