Does the Greddy t-88 wastegate fit t-78 manifold?

Hey does anyboby know if the Greddy t-88 wastegate fit the t-78 manifold.
I know the t-88 manifold pipes are bigger. But are the wastegate flanges the
same? Thanks in advance. Justin

I'm not sure but the best person to ask is Ari at Rotary Performance. Give them a call since they know those kits inside out. I am honestly not sure, if I had to guess I would say no since the wastegate for the T88 is larger. Sorry could not be more help.

Anthony

the flanges should be the same. but i dont know alot about those kits. i'm surprised the manifold is different, they both still use a T4 turbo flange though don't they?

Thanks Anthony, I will stop by T&R and talk to Tony. I will also try Ari.
Dudemaaanownsanrx7 Yes they both sit on t4 flanges.
The pipes on the t88 manifold are noticably larger.

The T78 and T88 kits are identical except for the turbo chargers. What you saw with the manifold was probably the T88-H kit. That has a bigger manifold and wastegate and the turbo is even bigger than the regular T88.

I don't think they are. I upgraded from a T78 to a T88 34D (not the H) and the manifold was different as well as the wastegate. The T78 manifold had much smaller runners and the wastgate was also smaller.

Hey R.K

I really don't think they are. I upgraded from a T78 to a T88 34D (not the H) and the manifold was different as well as the wastegate. The T78 runners were a lot smaller. The wastegate also seemed smaller.

You could be right. I was thinking about my mkiv supra. I want to upgrade my T78 to a T88 (non H) because it will bolt right up without any other modifications to my setup (not including getting it retuned).
