Does the Greddy or HKS manifold work with an S366?
I've been looking this up and couldn't find any straight answers. I want to know if I can run a Borg Warner S362 or S366 using a Greddy turbo manifold? Same with an HKS manifold. I've read that the S366 is a really tight fit with the Greddy manifold but that it does fit. I haven't heard anything about the HKS manifold.
Also, I'm looking for a max ~500-530whp with nice spool. I'm curious what you guys think, should i go with the smaller S362 or the bigger S366? I DD the car so I don't want to be maxing out the turbo to make that power. I want it to be a nice solid ~425whp for normal everyday driving but have the ability to make ~500whp when I want it. I have enough fuel, etc to run the turbo and the car to my knowledge is stock ports but alot of old school guys swear it sounds like it has a street port. We'll assume its stock port for this comparison. Thanks.

For those kind of power goals you'll want the S366. A buddy has one (the 'XL' i think) and he made an honest 480 at 20 psi with pump gas and water/meth. Car flies down the road, very streetable powerband... he does have a nice streetport though.
I can't speak to the mani compatibility, sorry.

Thanks a lot, now I just need someone to chime in about the greddy manifold.

I have a greddy T78 manifold with the S366. The only problem is the vband clamp. The turbo fits fine. But I had to trim a bit off the clamp itself to squeeze it by the LIM.
Adapted the Greddy kit's downpipe to work with the S366 (T78 uses a 4 bolt flange)

Pretty tight but it fits

You can kind of see about where I had to notch the side of the V-Band Clamp (not the vband flange itseft) to clear the front runner on the LIM. I trimmed off a 1/4" wide piece of material about 1" long. The clamp still had plenty of meat on it to do its job.

That's what I was looking for, thanks a lot. At least that's one less thing to worry about.
The car looks like it's coming out good man, you think it'll be ready for next years meets?

It will be done prior to Deals Gap so I should be able to get to some meets next year. The only thing I probably won't be done with is the BBK, but that can wait until next winter.
