Difference in driveability
Soooo much of that is going to depend on HOW you drive. Do you like to rev it up a lot? Do you enjoy working the shifter and running up and down through the gears? Do you sit in a lot of heavy traffic?
I drive a T04S single turbo and while some would say it's laggy compared to stock twin turbos, I would NEVER go back. There are probably plenty of people that would not like it though.
My advice is to go to a local RX-7 meet this summer... and get rides in some cars....

That sounds like i good idea i will have to look for one. I do like going through the gears though. I was in a really supped up 300zx twin turbo. I had a n/a and his car drove just like mine until around 3,500 and it would throw you back in the seat. I didnt know if the sequentials did that all of the time if you know what i mean, and also if the single turbo felt like i discribed about the z? Thanks!
my t78 starts to come into boost just like my old non-sequential twins did. it comes in like 300 rpm later, but when it hits, it hits a lot harder. other than the extra 100whp i got, it's no different to drive

Around what rpm's does the t78 kick in? Also how much power does it put out and does it make it alot harder to drive? Thanks

Yes, less boost = less hp = more Traction
Seriously, Traction is a matter of Hp / tourque and tire contact pathc / compound.
The more Hp you have the bigger the contact patch, and the better / softer the rubber has to get. Or else you'll spin.
