i'd be particularly interested in seeing numbers on a non-methanol car (especially since most of us dont have any first-hand experience with methanol)
Jake,

The only thing you have experience in is ******* up motors.

Don't mind the ghetto *** air filter... it's being replaced with a HKS Mushroom =P

This is a clean *** install.

The pump and tank sit on a bracket which bolts into a frame which has been welded to the body. I can just remove the 4 bolts, unplug the hoses and pull the tank and pump out as one whole assembly. The lines route through the fuel tank bay door, and down along with the hard fuel lines and make their way up to the elbow. The system has a relay and a boost sensing activation. It starts to spray at 8psi.. and since I don't have A/C they used the A/C switch to turn the pump on and off... now here is where it gets badass... when the pump starts to spray methanol, the LED in the A/C (used to be orange, it's now red) will turn on... so I can see that the pump is spraying methanol. They also mounted the wideband on the steering column so I can constantly monitor the AFR's under boost.

Honestly, this was one of the cleanest installs I've seen and I am really impressed with their work. Not to stray off subject from the numbers, but the setup was fantastic.

Trevor, Ryan, and Jarrett were the three main guys doing the majority of the work. To my understanding Trevor is the tuner/mechanic, Ryan does fabrication and mechanical work as well (this guy is operational theory god, if you want to know how it works... ask him), and Jarrett is the electrical engineer. He fabbed up that LED and wired in the pump activation and relay to setup the light while spraying.

Nevertheless my FD is in their hands right now (Ryan and Trevor) so all these problems can be worked out and have some clean pulls on it. Maybe if Trevor has time he can do a seperate map for a 15psi pull on 91 octane alone without the methanol, but this would require him to go over all of the power FC cells in order to eliminate methanol from the tune... thats a lot of extra tuning... but we'll see what he says =P

I agree Dhalen. Install looks very nice. It is important to me in trying to keep a stock look and it appears as if they were able to achieve that. I am not one for 5" tachs etc.

I think I'd be a better fan of methanol if it were direct port instead of one nozzle pre-throttlebody...I have an Evo and the Evo world loves meth as it produces fantastic numbers when done correctly. But I can't help thinking about methanol distribution and the fact it might not be even to all four cylinders (or two rotors for that matter) without direct port injection similar to a nitrous setup. Just make sure that tank doesn't run out! Definitely get the bugs worked out and report back with new numbers!

I was thinking of exactly that after elliot suggested something similar
Use NOS parts and mount them in the secondary runners on the intake mani or in the throttlebody. W/ the Y splitter and jsut a barb on the end of where you want it to go to rubber hose.
Could be fairly hidden too.

Since I don't remember, at what RPM were you seeing full boost? (Or as full boost as you could get with those leaks)

It'd be fairly cheap to set-up, too. Use two dry NOS foggers, a single (alcohol-specific!) solenoid, and some prefabbed SS lines, and you could tune the methanol injection via jet changes. If you used a higher pressure supply system, say 40-50 psi static, atomization would be damn near perfect as well, which would increase the systems efficiency.

Yes it did creep a lot. We'll have this creep under control when we fix the leak and whatnot. Wait til March 5th-9th, somewhere around there. I'll post the new numbers as soon as I get them. =)
