i am making my own turbo manifold since my turbo is so dam massive. i am having trouble finding a flange to the block that made out of stainless steel and is 1/2 inch thick. anyone have any suggestions please

Isn't the RB one pretty big?

Could always send a template to the local CNC and sell some of your own!

 

**** i want a a spec one but they are nearly impossible to get ahold of.

 

If you want I have an autocad file, you can bring somewhere where they cut with water or laser and make it as thick as you want it. That's what I do. Pm me if you want it

I also have this doubt.Isn't the RB flange too thin?A forum member welded two of these flanges together.

E&J has a lot of different 1/2" mild flanges. Good prices, friendly.

 

Too late Casey!I'm going to weld the two RB flanges together.Thanks anyway.This one is something like a master in mild steel.It has 22"/23" length runners on a rhd with a v-mount.My next one will be SS and maybe a GB if there's enough interest.Please don't ask for the manifold picz.It took me almost two years to design this one and yes;it really is a master piece.
