the OP's original reasoning had nothing to do with necessity like this one, it was purely aesthetics with some double speak about 'heat', ( that was going to occour regardless), as the defence for it.

So unless you've got a logical reasoning for your comment, go be the perfect douche somewhere else.

This thread is pretty funny. Another example of haters hanging themselves. Anyhow, OP, your upgrade looks good. I always enjoy seeing people's setups and yours looks really nice and done properly. I might have missed it but what kind of power are you aiming for, any predictions from turblown?

More pics as this develops please.

not sure what its gonna make power wise..it makes 400whp right now with T04R turbo, greddy cast manifold and racing beat modded downpipe with 15psi..the power the new setup makes all depends on how much boost im going to run. but ill probably run around 20psi should easily make a lil over 500whp but well see i may do some runs at 25psi. Here are some more pics, everything is done and it was shipped out to get a special heat coating so i should receive everything by next week i would imagine, not sure yet though.

That is just tack welding pictured, which is re-flowed correctly with secondary argon shielding during welding.

He has everything installed I'm sure he will post some pictures..

Guys, let's try not to **** all over this thread any more. I don't feel like going back and cleaning it all up, but moving forward the guilty parties (who know who they are) should take a chill pill and keep their criticism constructive.

That some nice work on the manifold, I like the braces to the flanges you don't see that much.
