Just got my FD two days ago and i'm trying to fix a few problems. One is that the rpm will not settle and keeps surging at idle between 1400 and 1600. Another is that the boost is suppost to be set at 13 psi said the previous owner, but in 3rd gear at 5500 rpm it went to 18. I have a pfc but to be completely honest, i'm not sure how to work it due to foreign measurements.

I'm running a t-62 turbo, so if anyone can help me adjust my boost, i would greatly appreciate it.

 

My friend has a similar issue and i'm interested in the answer so bump.

 

Wastegate is either set to higher then 13psi, or the wastegate is not working correctly, either cause its damaged, not connected properly etc.

We need more details on what gear you have?
