anyone use a masterpower turbo??
i recently saw a corolla gts(trueno) with a 2jz with a t-71 masterpower turbo that dynoed 570whp. it ran 10.2 1/4 mile. i am doing some research and masterpower are build in brazil. i am a bit skypetical about brazilian tecnology but it seems to be doing fine in this car.
i saw that a gt35r masterpower turbo goes on ebay for 599 dollars. is it worth it?

Will work for horsepower
Its not if you can make them work its how long can you make them work.
And 500+h/p in a 2jz is nothing to get wet about.
There are just some parts you should not cheap out on and a turbo is one of them, unless your putting it on a pos and just playing around. I know a guy running pvc ic piping on a v8 and runs 10"s but hes a hell of a mech and just does it for fun!

I'm running a T70 turbo, heard good thing about it so it deserved a try
I've just started my freshly build 13b REW so i can't say much about it yet, but i'm expecting some nice number when testing it on the dyno.
