Anyone else using nitrous?

I'm using a 75 shot off the line. It's on a
timer activated by a clutch switch.I only
spray for 4 seconds, enough to get
through 2nd gear. I have a lightweight
flywheel so it really helps- 1.6 60fts
and it is capable of more. I have a
pressure switch and a window switch.
I have heard mixed things @ nitrous
on rotaries. I only spray at the track
and use c16 when doing so. Any info.
is appreciated

I remember reading somewhere (on a big newbie site) that the biggest shot you want to run on a rotary is 75, because it gets the seals to cold to quickly, or just too cold, I cant remember exactly.

www.robrobinette.com has info on installing a 50 shot or something of the size in his FD.

just a 75, it cant be. There is a member on this board thats spraying somethng like a 400 shot. He runs like a 9.1 untubbed, no boost all n2o.
I was told that boost is hard to control when using n2o.

Question for andericus-how much boost spiking are you seeing at 18 lbs with that 75 shot? I have a 120 wet shot DP and plan on testing it soon on the dyno. Also-I was at nopi 2 years ago and the holley rep said that the rotary engine could take 125 without timing issues due to the way the power is transferred around the rotors. Go figure. -B
