Anybody have experience with a Peripheral Port Turbo Application?
I am seeking assistance from someone who has experimented or even attempted to turbocharge a P-Port. The idea has crossed my mind several times but, I have never built up the courage to experiment with my car. I have finally built up enough courage to just bite the bullet and build a "sick ***" rotary powerplant. There are some Pro Drag Race cars that have accomplished this with 3 Rotor engines, but I have yet to see a 2 Rotor project unveiled.

The guys at www.evil7.com do them all the time. Check out their pics.
I have a friend out of Philly PA that used a Mazda Factory Racing P-Port and turbo charged it. According to him, made 700flywheel HP @ 16lbs of boost. This was done at Roger Mandeville's Dyno in North Carolina. My friends name out of PA. is Joe Perez, he is a great rotary engine builder(more then 20 years of experience) the p-port engine was on a second gen. Rx7 full chassis. Joe Perez crashed this FC. But before he did, the FC ran 8.12@162mph @ low boost ..inbetween 16 to 23psi of boost.
I think this car is a periphral port turbo
