any room in the 500 hp club?

well i have been planning this build for over a year now. ever since i blew my engine lol.
anyways i finally found a turbo suitable for my needs (thanks to 89gt-x) its a switzer s300 with a
1.10 ar hot side.
i will be building a half bridge motor with the porting done by BDC.
3 mil atkins are in order. i plan on revving out to 9 grand or higher, so i am having the assembly balanced.
i will be running an e6x. looks like i will have to upgrade my injectors. i was running 750 by 1000. i think i will go 1000 by 1600.

thats all for now i update this thread as the progress comes together

I believe that is a similar turbo to mine.

Who will be doing your tuning? What is the wheel size on the cold side?

Don't taze me broly

Well I've seen guys 140lbs running 2grams of tren per week, I've seen the 225lb bench press that only comes down 2inches then back up followed by the kid screaminng at the top of his lungs, I've seen the guy with 20" quads wearing the same tight pants cutler and the other pro's wear,etc..... but tonights was classic.

2 guys, maybe 20 years old both obviousy juiced and looked terrible. Typical 5'10" 190lbs %24 b/f acne everywhere and holding tons of water. Anyway, they are on the bench with 225lbs and they guy starts yelling to get amped up. Then says "hit me" and his buddy has a freakin taser gun(the little one) and zaps his shoulder. The guy grunts really lound and busts out like 5aweful reps. There were only like 5 other people in the gym, mainly in the cardio room,etc.. and the people up front were in the back room or something, but I just couldnt stop watching. They did it 3 time each to each other for 3 sets, then went and did some curls and left. Crazy.

+1 everyday I see people posting what they think it "should" make or say "this is what I want" but in reality they don't ever do it, or they take forever and change their minds a thousand times. I only post when my stuff has already made the power, I don't play the "it should make x amount of power, or in theory it should do this....." or people trying to re-invent the wheel. That or they lie and post numbers under false pretenses. Good luck with your setup man, I hope you make what your goals are.

Hey Joe how's it going? Yup, sure did. Maxed her out at 561 on a standard street port. When I stepped up the compressor wheel to a 66mm, we maxed it out at 610 whp. A full bridge was what I was going to do next, however I got my supra

and i am toying with the idea of adding some nitrous

I'm curious to see how the S300 will work w/ that turbine housing. That's the same compressor we used on a friend of mine's car about 5 years ago. Similar porting (I did it) it put about 500 to the wheels at about 23-24psi of boost I think it was but with a 0.83 A/R back housing from a John Deere derivative. It's a real whistly turbo.

Btw, just saw the exhaust manifold. That'll make the difference over what we were using -- HKS log manifold that was undivided.

Do you have a closer picture or two of the exhaust ports?

Looks like you could go a little bigger with the exhaust ports... Make for an earlier opening.

I'm a moron, or I'm getting old, or both. I didn't even see the pictures of the rotor housings. My vote is in disagreeance with mono4lamar -- keep them the same size.

I seem to get in trouble often for being on the opposite side.
