Any books/info/experience on how to properly build an intake manifold

I plan to build an intake manifold for my large 4-port boosted 13B. I would like peak torque to be centered around 5500rpm at ~15psi gauge pressure.

I was wondering what books/articles/experience any of you have found on subjects like plenum volume, runner length, etc. I know that this will depend on air temp, air pressure, intake freqency (rpm) and maybe other variables. Just lookng for somethig that puts it all together.

Thanks
Justin
