Going back, it looks easy now because there is so much non-credible BS going around now.

I will take this gem found in page 2.

Further to that post. That sort of rough guide only works when the turbo manufacturer is not talking BS to you. Take Garrett flow maps as gospel. Take borg warner flow maps as gospel. Take IHI maps as gospel. Most other numbers tossed around are complete horse ****.
