450WHP, but i dont want lag?

Hi there dose anyone know what turbo would be good for me on a turbo II.

Im after something that can handle 450WHP, but i want something that's not all that laggy? Any ideas?

Yup, my 500R gets 15 psi by 3600-3800 rpm (gear dependent) and it's been proven to make 450+ rwhp.

Nothing really, i don't want to go out and spent a lot out on a turbo and not be happy with it. I'm after a super fast sprawl turbo, i had a GT2860RS on a 180sx s13 last and that made 1.2bar @ 3300. I'm looking at Garret turbos again like a GT4088r or the GT35 but trying to find out the best option.

but for your applicatino Aspec 500R would be perfect.
