I know that for Noel, Mark, Frank and myself...........the 9th of Sept is best. If it is ok witht he rest of the guys i would suggest the 9th.

Steve I spoke with Jeff at Pettit yesterday and they are working on the DYNO (not working right), might want to check on that before we confirm. just a suggestion

 

sorry but i have not been on the forum for a bit.....steve is it too late to book the 9th???? we can always get another dyno if pettit's is not available. I will talk to damian to see what kind of deal Cartech can get us.

 

let me know by monday so i can book my flight.

 

I spoke with Stefan at Cartek and he said that he can do $100.00 per car. Sat. Sept. 9th is ok with him as long as its not too late to book the flight.

thats about 7 hours from tally... my parents house is 30 mins N of tampa, we could probably crash there and make it a 2 day trip

 

you should call steve and confirm that he will be able to fit you in. We have a total of seven cars with deposits. last time he was down here six-seven was the most that he could do in one day. i would hate for you to trailer you car all the way down here for no reason.

I just booked my flight tonight. I'll be there on the 8th and leaving on the 10th. Basically, I have saturday and half of sunday to do tuning.

so far, I have a total of 6 deposits. Anybody else will be on standby and will get tune last if time permits. I think I can probably squeeze two more people in on sunday for sure but most likely will be street tuning unless the dyno place will stay open on sunday. I think 6 cars on saturday should be the max (maybe 7 at most).

For those who hasn't send me any deposit, please don't send it since I can't commit on the tune for you. Only those who paid up front will get priority. However, if everything goes smoothly, there is a very high chance that you will get tune as well. It is up to you if you want to be on the standby list or not.

its not to far from coconut creek. your best bet would be to take the turnpike south to 595 west. exit university drive and make a U turn so that you are going east on State road 84. then you make a right, immediately after the storage place (i think) then its back by some wharehouses. just mapquest the address. total travel time from coconut creek is about 15 min

 

Damn I knew i should have sent the check before the date was set. Since theres a limit to the stand by list, is it first come first serve of do we add our name on the list. Im going to be there anyways since i live like 10 minutes away.

 

Cartech is the place that had the BBQ last time with the race RX8s right? Anyway since murphys law is my life, if/when my car has problems on the dyno, are they going to have 3rd gen parts there? Jeff at Pettit called me back but I missed the call and everytime I call to ask about the dyno nobody answers the phone
So is this positively happening at Cartech and not Pettit?
