yea man hope to see whats its like to experiment with on the dyno between the two. would be nice to move the powerband out a tad and make the boost curve a little less violent.

Jig has been made. Waiting on materials to arrive. 321 stainless thickwall. According to fabricator, it should all fit with forward mounted gates and equal length runners with a 4:1 collector at 7* merge angles. We will try the 2x 50's to assess the change in boost control, and reserve a 3rd 50mm for turbine housing only if necessary. <br/><br/>

hey z, does your intake manifold have air temp sensor after the intercooler? if so, would really like to know the air temp data on dyno especially with heat soak.
I'm v-mounting my IC in hopes to clean up the engine bay but man, I really like the look of your integrated solution. I think I'm driving Nelson crazy with all the changes of my plans. that elite unit is pretty amazing. makes me want to put sensor in every pipe, touching every fluid, lol.

if you have the time, check out lincoln square wave TIG 200 welder. it's amazing value right now brand new, and will do absolutely everything for your car. TIG welding is also a relaxing hobby I think you may enjoy. My welds still look like crap but they don't leak haha

There is a sensor post IC. I don't have enough data at the moment, as the dyno room was freezing cold that night. Will let you know when its back on the dyno here shortly.
I will check it out. I've also been looking at the Miller Syncrowave. Main issue is the storage unit doesn't have 220 volts setup, so looking into how I can work that out. Thanks for the tip.

Just wrapped up oil pan brace install and brake caliper paint for BNR Supercar's personal FD. Went pretty quick after having just dropped the 4 rotor pan. Car came in Thursday, finished up the oil pan Friday night so we can clean up and be ready for the return of the black car. Nice to see a clean stock FD. His stage 3 turbo's feel quite snappy, long time since that feeling.

synchrowave is a fine unit but uses lot of current because it's an older technology. I wouldn't recommend it for your situation. It's also heavy as hell. I had it and switched it out to dynasty 200dx. When my dynasty board got fried for some reason, they wanted $1200 to fix it. I ended up buying the lincoln unit for $1100 brand new with 3yr warranty. The arc width is tiny bit wide compared to the dynasty but it's perfectly suitable for our application at 1/3 of the price.
You can run lincoln square wave 200 with 120v outlet (I think I have 20 amp breaker and haven't tripped it yet) and weld upto 1/8 or 3/16 aluminum no problem. maybe upto 1/4 with some torch heat from your friend.
