My New Emblems Installed

Follow up to my previous thread: https://www.rx7club.com/fabrication-250/cncd-keychain-910294/

Installed my new emblems today. I need to wash the car and polish them, but I'm happy with the results. Now I need to design/make matching rear emblems.

Sounds like a pretty good idea for the center caps, the location is similar to the AE emblems.

Yeah I've been staring at them all day trying to make up my mind on weather or not I like them. I really like the emblems on their own but I just don't know if I like them on the car.

Meh I'm just happy that I ended up with a new keychain which is how the whole project started.

I think I would like it more if it was paint matched and I agree with Hypertek it would look better on the interior and painted to match the interior.

I'd kinda like it powdercoated black on door panels or on the dash facing the passenger.

Did I read right?

design/make??? Have access to a CNC machine?

I want to "make" a "RX-7" badge for my FD to replace the "silicone like" letters but I can only access an CNC router (basicaly only 2 axis) and designed for PCBs...

Looks like real nice work if you made that one!... Brass ???

Agreed, if there were some kind of two (or three) tone scheme to the emplem it would really make it pop. Even the 10ae emblems were black and gold....maybe make the "m" red,a dn ad some black to highlight the different areas of the badge?

Make it as big as the AE emblems then paint inside of the O black and make the "M" red... thats what I would do.
