Full Function Engineering (FFE)?

Was wondering what you guys experience is dealing with full function engineering. I ordered a full fuel system from the about a week ago and have not received any kind of email from them other than a paypal receipt. I am also just getting a machine when trying to call them. i know there is some what of a burn time on these kits. im just wondering what your experiences have been.

Really guy.... a week with out even a conformation email from FFE... i dont think i was being unreasonable in asking everyone here if it is normal. i personally have only ever bought a fuel pump from them, and i got a conformation email from them like the next day.

That's very odd that you didn't get some sort of communication. I have placed multiple orders with them and they have all gone smoothly.

I know he has been back and forth from out of town lately though. It is the holidays after all. ;-)

Sit tight, they've been SUPER busy the past couple weeks. I was able to speak with Aaron last week. He confirmed that they've had their hands full both with PRI and finals.

It stinks that you haven't gotten word back for the warm and fuzzy, but please remember that running FFE is *not* their primary source of work. They kick out badass products at a damned good price and they manage it on their off time.

Have a little faith and I'm sure they'll get you sorted as soon as they can

Yes it's old but don't want to make a whole thread again. Not sure if it is just people not registering with the site as I only needed one or two things but same thing has happened to me. Ordered the step up kit and after the auto email was like over a week before the first email after emailing them for a tracking update. Now just ordered a pulley on 18th, got the auto email receipt and nothing else even after emailing yesterday to find an update. Almost every other seller puts the tracking in through paypal and with this being such a professional type of business, thought they would run things different. Ordered 3 other things over the internet and got those already. Have nothing except great things about the actual product when it actual arrives though.

FFE (Aaron and Jason) are likely out of town for DGRR (Deals Gap Rally) on the East Coast until April 30th. I know its not posted on their website but hang in there. You'll get your parts once they get back home.

I usually shoot them an e-mail about my specifics before I submit the order if I am rushed. FFE has always been great and responsive with me.
Everything is "in stock" in the auto industry, when in reality they are drop shipped from XYZ. Better safe then sorry.

He most likely already has his part and is satisfied as he posted this 3 months ago before your response. He has not posted about it since so I would guess that this is settled.

Yes, you are right.
However, I occasionally see these type of threads show up every now and then about FFE. I just like to state/defend a great reputable vendor on these forums. Both Aaron and Jason are owners of FFE but this is a side business for them. They manage a much larger business (rotary related as well) as full-time jobs and either spend extra hours before work (5-7am) or after work (5-8pm) to do FFE orders.

While sometimes email communication may be a little slow, it is not purposely meant that way, and I want to reassure current and potential customers that FFE is a great rotary vendor/business to deal with.
