You'll use the stock mounting for the factory diffuser, two nuts on the straps for the fuel tank, and you'll need to drill one hole on each rear wheel well near the bottom.

The marks where all these holes go on the diffuser are cast into the mold so you only need to drill them out of the diffuser, secure it with the factory hardware and mark and drill the two wheel well holes.

so do you have to remove the entire rear bumper to get the black trim piece off?

No, put it on a lift you can see all the places where it comes off easily.

I looked at it and removed all of the screws. Then I removed the nuts from the sides, but it looks like the bolt is molded into the attachment for the rear bumper skin. There wasn't enough flex for me to get the trim piece off.

theres a bolt in the back of each of the wheel wells, but other than that you just kind of have to pull it off, it has little clips into the bumper.

Here's pics of mine installed:

I don't think you can really tell in the pictures but I was having trouble mounting it to the stock hole in the bumper on the passenger side right next to the exhuast, we had to drill a new hole right next to it.
