if they didnt have such a good product(s) seems as though they would have been dead a long time ago. this is one of the main reasons why i dont like to deal with shine. i love the products and will recommend them to anyone but simply getting in contact with someone shouldnt be this difficult. its easier to get in contact with a person with USPS over the phone. if youve never called USPS looking for a person try it....
