Yes, they are. They're just incredibly busy, hence why I said I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that new CF mold to come out. :P

Apparently they're not answering emails anymore. A buddy of mine has been trying to get a hold of them for a while to no avail. We're stationed in Germany so calling isn't really an option at the moment.

^ That is correct. They weren't answering my emails either, so I finally just called them. Seems to be the only way to get ahold of them as of late....and even then I had to leave a message and try back a few times.

I wasn't kidding when I said don't hold your breath. :P I'm glad I got one of these badass spoilers when I did!!

Well, according to Ken (owner), they are. :P I got the impression from talking to him that FD parts weren't a very high priority. And judging by the fact that he hasn't gotten back to me over 2 months later (for the CF mold), that confirms my assumption...

Seems odd...I emailed Ken regarding questions about the FEED replica CF hood and low profile spoiler and he emailed me back within 5 hours

Ultimately, I think how much money is made on a sale/the popularity of the item is directly proportional to the likelihood of being emailed back.

He didn't email me back either, and I emailed about the spoiler.

I didn't get a response on my email either. Maybe a group buy for them would get his attention?

Never had an issue with a return email or phone call. He's a pretty busy guy and is generally THE person you talk to, not a sales rep or answering service. Give him some time..then hit him up with another call or email.

He'll get to you.

just bought a used spoiler... does your spoiler sit flush with exactly the tails or does one of the sides sit up a little?

need to figure this out ..

thanks

^ YES! Mine does EXACTLY the same thing...It sits higher on the passenger side tail light (not flush) than it does with the driver side light...

Nah, it's more than likely our cars dude...In my particular case, I believe my FD got tapped in the passenger side rear before I got it, since the gap from the trunklid to the quarter isn't perfectly parallel. It probably caused the tail light mount to shift a bit...

Just spoke to them the other day on the phone (called because I never received and email response). Low profile spoiler is a 5-6 week wait and payment will secure a place in line.
