I just noticed, on the second pic, there is a scoop it looks like on the rear fender, is that the same with this kit?

That's definitely a reflection, not a scoop.

Hey, I don't think this has been asked before...I'm very interested in this kit and I have a question about the front bumper. Since it has '99 spec lights, is it more like a '99 spec bumper or will it fit fine on US cars with the stock bumpers? Basically I just want to know if I will need the 99 spec rebar for the bumper to fit right.

You don't need the 99 rebar, although it might help to have one, since you will have to remove your USDM rebar to install this front bumper.

I am also not even sure if the 99 rebar will work either as I don't know of anyone who has one.

You can use the USDM rebar if you chop off the ends. Better to have it in the middle only than having none. Buying a 99 spec rebar would be a waste of money.

I have the exact same wheel sizes and offsets on my Enkei RP03 wheels, and I agree that you could push the wheels out another 5mm *maximum* ...if you want to go wider than ^this^, then you'll have to go wider with a higher offset. My tires are Advan Neova AD9 sized 235/40-18 and 265/35-18. I'm running 1* negative camber all around, and my car is lower by about 2" and 2-1/2" front and rear. Bear in mind the suspension does move a few mm during cornering and such.

My Burnout rear fenders were laid on top of the stock fenders and then molded in. *I* then cut the Burnout (and stock) fenders to achieve a 1/8-inch fender lip. (If you want things done right.... you know the saying.)

You'll have to cut the inside of the rear fender too to allow for the suspension to compress without the rear wheels scrubbing against the inside of the concave wheel well. At the front end of the car, I had to remove the forward wheel well rubber and cut away at the *non-essential* soft metal that that the tire was rubbing when doing full turns. I also cut the front inner part of the sideskirts because the tires were also rubbing there at full lock. If you want to use tires with a larger diameter than my tires, plan on doing even more cutting to achieve full lock.

This should answer any questions about what fits.

Josh

For 18X8 & 18X9, what would be the "right" offset? Maybe somewhere around +6 like the Weds wheels used in the blcak FD on 1st page? opinions please, since i have already ordered these wheels

http://www.barracuda-wheels.com/we-b...ure-Sports.php

which have +38 front & +35 rear; and need to know the spacers i will order too.

any problems with chassis twist if i had the rear flares molded on with fiberglass? I was talking to my body-work guy and he said that was his biggest concern.
