Just throwing this out there, I picked up a carbon fiber sunroof from retro-spec a while back and was quite pleased with the work. No problems with fitment and got great customer service. They also sell a ton of other little goodies for 2nd gens. I can send you guys pics if you would like to check it out, just let me know.

one other thing that i've heard was the delivery time and other stuff about their products... and there was a dispute on the forum... how the guy was avoiding a customer.

anything? some kind, any kind, of updates would be nice. just to know that this is even ever going to happen.
i would really like to have this done soon, as the next batch of parts are going to be painted for my car, it would be nice to be able to do the sunroof at the same time.

 

As I had said before Ken and crew are developing the part as we speak, he does not rush or make junky parts and doing so takes time so relax, it will be ready when its ready, if you want THE only good sunroof being made for our cars right now I would suggest you setup your paint schedule around it not the other way around.

YEAH NOT REALLY. If you guys would read other posts' from users or just use a telephone which is faster and easier than bit**in on the forum you could call Ken and ask if the sunroof was in development which by trust7's post which he did cuz he isn't lazy you would know that the sunroof is being put into production, but whatever you sit there and call this thread dead hopefully when these are getting made you wont hear about it until the price doubles after everyone on the list waits patiently and gets what they pay for not complain bout.

The thread has not rcvd updates but the project is being developed simple as that, good quality fitment parts take time thats it.

The more people that sign up for one the cheaper it will be.

 

This thread is fast encroaching on year old, and I believe most
of the origional people have either forgotten or moved on. I
firmly believe this list should be reset, with people who have
either the money in hand right now to make a deposit
or pay in full. If we can get another list going I will contact Ken
myself (again) and see if we can start putting down deposits
for this "Mythic" part in the works. Maybe a little money Kens
way will encourage him to get these finished. No offense, but
out of the 53 people on the list I doubt more than 12 will
actually put a deposit, and 20~ in all will purchase.....
