Man you are one stupid ******* straight up. been on this board for 2 years and you know it all and everyone eh ?

If I am not the first last or only person to have a problem with the nylon nuts that THEY supply don't you think KEN should make that call before you start TELLING people to re-arrange their usage as intended ? I guess not stupid question on my part or else you wouldnt be doing it.

tell you what, let everyone know to use regular nuts like on the metal sunroof which CAN by weight alone stay on the roof at 60MPH where if they rattle or come loose on the composite roof which can NOT stay on the car over 30MPH actually, then when someone loses a head from a flying sunroof Ken should direct them to you ? rofl, stfu dude seriously.

If you knew everything you would take my bet, since you dont and you dont know who your talking to stfu, OR come down here and do it.

Or sure give me the guys number thats the master of composites and have him come by so he can tell you your a dumbshit also.

Stop telling people advice on Ken's behalf thats the point here, also don't ask for peoples opinions if you are going to **** in everyones cereal in a sponsored manufacturers thread. Nothing you have said or done here has HELPED Shine, stfu and make a call to him/them and talk about it, or talk about your experiences and if you have nothing positive to say when other people respond to your dumbass question, that you intended to do nothing with BUT complain, then just close your mouth.

******* HATE people like you, you know it all and you love to give advice, if making these roof panels for an FC or FD is so ******* easy DO IT don't buy one from Shine DO it master-compositeer.........

Or better yet take your shitty attitude somewhere else, Rx-7s don't need people like you to get down on everyone for everything that doesnt line up to your stupid *** opinion.

It was just a joke actually, yes most of these types of things are made from molds, but the FD roof-line is a fair bit more complex than the FC, making the product would however be probably no more complex than the FC as the FD has a bit more room than the FC does. really was just giving him a hard time.

You are obviously the half retarded one if you can get it to fit with a little heat, let alone the fact you think you CANT use a heatgun on fiberglass to make it fit.

The reason I am telling everyone NOT to use the nylon nuts is because of what two people JUST ******* said. I tried calling Ken today already about the issue. Trust me he will know about it, and will take care of it. Ken is a great guy, knows what the **** he is doing and I will guarantee you did the lock nuts because of stupid people not tightening the roofs down properly, like yourself.
First of all, I never said you can't use heat on fiberglass, let me check, yep NO didnt say that, idiot.
Read I already understand your redneck disposed north confused *** can't spell but **** dude can you read ?

Secondly the point is YOU shouldn't be telling anyone jack because your $4.27 bank account isnt going to cover the lawsuit that happens if someone does what YOU say and someone else gets hurt, its idiotic to think actually that you believe your own bullshit, honestly. Ken is a great guy and will do everything to make his product good and work-able for his customers, all without you giving HIS customers shitty advice.

Thirdly and again to reiterate I didn't say JACK about not tightening a roof down properly you confused bumble headed bobble-head doll, again back to the reading of things again, you should try it sometime.

Lastly I still stick by my original statement of a. Know-It-All b. condescending, shitty, opinionated and not in a good way, RUDE, negative ***-hat.
This all equals that you should go away, smirk a little, tuck your tail and walk away, especially considering, AS I ALREADY SAID, AGAIN, that YOU ASKED for peoples experiences. I actually ******* shudder to think what your smarmy *******-ish reply would have been to someone who actually DID NOT know alot about cars. I am assured by your continued fucked-up replies that you would be busy berating some poor college student or old man/woman about how ignorant they were.

Why don't you go to your local grocery store and terrorize the old women there that can't carry their own bags out, yell, heckle, call them old and decrepit, maybe you would gain some "power" in your mind from it, shesus dude. G to the O to the Away or adjust your attitude that would also be justtttt fine.

I am done talking with you, you can't read even what you QUOTED that I said, your an idiot.

I am not too mad at you to admit it because I ALREADY TOLD KEN ABOUT IT AND TOLD HIM LOCK WASHERS DAYS AGO, you didnt think of anything jack.

Blah blah blah words words words that you don't even understand, done with you. Go away kid.

making thin fiberglass parts are tough, they can easily distort with changes in heat, this is why they require bracing on one side and a lip around the edge, not just a thin edge. Parts can also take a shape as they post-cure when they are removed from the mold.

It is these factors that ultimately make most companies not bother making certain parts, too many variables and the chance for unhappy customers.

why is the company not responding to this themselves?
This is not a "hey can you guys make me this" thread, these are people who bought the product who have a question.
